Youth Baseball/ Softball Leagues

2012 REGISTRATION FORM

Parks & Recreation Youth Baseball/Softball League   - COACHES NEEDED!!!

The Parks & Recreation Department is looking for individuals that like to work with kids and can teach the basics of the game! Coaching experience not necessary.

 

T-ball (5 years old)

   

    Co-ed instructional league

    Players will be taught the fundamentals of

    baseball, sportsmanship, and team work.

Tuesday & Thursday evenings

 

10 Games: May 31 - July 26


A-ball (6-7 years old)

 

     Co-ed transitional league

     Coach pitch, all players bat and play

     defense each inning.

  Tuesday & Thursday evenings

 
 10 Games: May 31 - July 26


AA-ball (8-9 years old)

 

      Co-ed developmental league

      Real game format with outs recorded,

      score kept, and kids pitch.

  Mondays & Wednesday evenings

Start Smart

Start Smart Programs help boys and girls get ready for sports. It is an innovative step-by-step approach that builds confidence and self-esteem in a fun and safe sports environment.

 

 

Start Smart Baseball (4 years old)

 

         Wednesdays

         Class runs: June 6 - July 25

         5:30-6:30pm OR 6:30-7:30pm

         at Rittmueller Middle School
