Walk Michigan


Walking is a great way to lose weight, boost metabolism, lower stress and help you feel great! Strive to have a heart healthy lifestyle, join the Walk Michigan program at any time of the year. We help you keep track of your walking progress while you earn points for free prizes!

Walk Michigan is open to all ages. It starts in April of each year and runs through March.

  • This program is FREE but participants must register at the Parks and Recreation office.
