West Tuscola Construction

Construction has begun on West Tuscola from Main Street to Cass Street and will continue until the end of June. Access to Main Street will be blocked off and only local/business traffic will be allowed through. The milling and removal of concrete base have begun and the replacement of the water main will proceed next week.
