City Beautification Committee

The City Beautification Committee (CBC), a volunteer organization of the City of Frankenmuth, guides aesthetic enhancements within the City of Frankenmuth. The CBC was established in 1955. Wally Bronner, founder of Bronner's CHRISTmas Wonderland, was a charter member of the Frankenmuth CBC. He loved to say that no man stood taller than when he bent down to pick up a piece of trash. Wally's vision for this committee was single in purpose - striving for beauty in all things. His efforts, with his wife Irene and the Bronner Family Foundation, started the City Beautification Endowment fund as a way to ensure Frankenmuth can continue to bloom well into the future.

With generous donations and assistance from the Downtown Development Authority and the City of Frankenmuth, the Frankenmuth CBC is able to provide for four seasons of color in Frankenmuth.

Annually more than 700 local residents, business and friends o Frankenmuth contribute. Of the $150,000 budget each year, nearly $100,000 comes from donations. YOU can help make the magic happen.
